OBITUARY: 

Norman William Miller, 72, 504 19th St SE, died Sunday in a Salem hospital. Miller, a resident of Salem for the past 42 years, was a retired engineer with Southern Pacific Railroad. Surviving are the widow Maude, Salem; sons Richard W. and Frank E., both Salem; stepson Delmar Hand, Spokane, Wash; two grandchildren. Services will be 10 am Wednesday in W.T. Rigdon mortuary, Rev Edward J. Morrison officiating. Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery.
