WASHOUT IN ROAD FATAL TO HAULER
BANKS WOODHAULER VICTIM OF UNUSUAL ACCIDENT 
HILLSBORO, Oct. 31 (AP) - Francis M. Brown, woodhauler of the Banks district, was instantly killed late Monday when a narrow road down which he and his brother were driving a heavily loaded truck slid out from under the vehicle. The truck rolled over and struck a tree. Homer Brown, who was driving, escaped injury.

Brown Burial Here - Francis M. Brown, woodhauler of the Banks district who was killed October 31 when a narrow road gave way under his heavy truck, will be buried here in the Odd Fellows cemetery Friday between noon and 1 p.m. following funeral services the same day at 10 a.m. at Hillsboro.
