Administration Sought - Miriam Allen, a sister, yesterday filed petition for administration of the estate of Joseph Bruce, who died on February 26. She states the probablevalue of the estate as $650, with herself, a brother, John Bruce, 72, of Torrance, Calif., and a sister, Fanny Richale, 70, of New Castle, Pa. as heirs.
