OBITUARY:
At the residence of H. S. Jory, in South Salem, Saturday, February 11th, 1888, at 10 a.m., Mrs. Phebe , aged 92 years, 8 months and 10 days. The deceased was the mother of Mrs. H. S. Jory, and came to Oregon from the east in 1870. The funeral will take place from the South Salem church at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 12th. Services by Rev. Wm. Rollins. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
