OBITUARY: 

John A. Byrne, 51, died at Vale, Or., Nov. 29. Survived by his wife and one daughter, Barbara; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Byrne; two sisters, Mrs. Elma B. McAllister and Mrs. Ada Powers, all of Salem. Funeral services will be held at the Webb parlors on Wednesday, at 2:30, Rev. Mr. Shanks officiating. Interment in IOOF cemetery.
