OBITUARY: 
At Fruitland, three miles south of this city, Saturday, August 7, 1909, Mrs. Fannie Corthan, aged 46 years. The funeral will be held from the residence Monday at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. J. Comer. Interment was made in I. O. O. F. cemetery. Daily Oregon Statesman 11 Aug 1909 6:5.
