OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Marion Carlyle died May 29 at the home of her daughter at 475 south Winter street at the age of 85 years. Survived by her daughter, Mrs. William H. Troy of Salem; a sister, Mrs. B. B. Cronk of Portland; three grandchildren, Josephine Haynes of Salem, Clifford Carlyle of Toledo, Ohio, and Mrs. Nellie Parks of Portland; also two great grandchildren, Esther and William Price of Portland. Funeral services Friday at 1:30 p.m. at RigdonÂ’s mortuary. Interment I.O.O.F. cemetery.
