OBITUARY:
Silverton - Albert Burton Carron, 47, foreman of the planer mill for the Silver Falls company, died Saturday in the Veterans' hospital, Portland. He was born in Barton, Vt., and came west to Tacoma, Wash., 31 years ago, living here for the last 11 years. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Carron, both died in Barton within the past three months. He is survived by his widow, Margaret R., of Silverton; two brothers, Frank of Tacoma and Ora of Barton; sister, Mrs. Mable Bowley of Barton, Recitation of Rosary Monday and Tuesday evenings at the Larson & Son chapel with funeral services Wednesday morning from St. Paul Catholic church. Fr. Arthur Sullivan officiating. Interment Salem cemetery.
