CAUSEY--Jack Wilson Causey, 24, passed away at Ft. Stevens April 7. 
Survived by father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Guy M. Causey; three sisters, Mrs. Clarance C. Bates of St. Helens, Oregon, Mary Barbara and Betty Jane of Salem; three brothers, Petty Officer Third Class George B. Causey of Sand Point Naval Air Base, Seattle, Washington, Bobby G. and Billy D. Causey of Salem. 
Funeral services will be held from the Clough-Barrick chapel at 2 p.m. Friday, April 10, with Father John Reedy officiating.  Interment in the Odd Fellows cemetery.

CAUSEY RITES SET FRIDAY -- Funeral services for Pvt. Jack Wilson Causey, 24, Fort Stevens soldier, who died Tuesday from an accidental gun shot two weeks ago, are to be held Friday, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Clough-Barrick company with Rev. John J. Reidy officiating. 
He is to be buried with full military honors. Tom Hill, Salem softball association president, has asked that all former associates of Causey march in a body in the funeral procession, from the mortuary to the paper mill. Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Causey, Salem, he is survived by three sisters and three brothers.
