Nov 1843 in New York, is enumerated with her husband of 15 years, Daniel H., age 70, b. Feb. 1830, b. Illinois, along with Charles W., age 23, single, b. Jun 1876 in Oregon, and George W., age 29, single, b. Jul 1870 in Oregon.

His Mother Dies - 
H. E. Symes has received news of the death of his mother, Mrs. Gus Symes-Chandler, which occurred at Elgin, Tuesday. Mrs. Chandler is well known in Salem, and her death comes as a sudden shock to her numerous fiends in Marion county. Death was due to heart disease. Deceased was born in Rochester, N. Y., November 25, 1843.
