OBITUARY: 

Elisha H. Newman died in Salem Saturday morning at the age of 64 years.  He was a resident of Brunks' Corners in Polk county.  His wife Lucy, survives him. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Terwilliger's Funeral home.  Rev. Cromley officiating.
