OBITUARY:
DIED, in Lincoln, near Salem, Oct. 9th, 1869, Sister Mary Abrams, in the 27th year of her age.
Sister Abrams was a quiet, modest, cheerful, Christian woman. She in company with her husband united with the M. E. Church here last year. From that time until her removal to another neighborhood, she was constant attendant at the services of the House of God, and commended herself to all by her blameless Christian life. Though her death was sudden and unexpected, it did not find her unprepared. Her end was peace. S. Salem, Oct. 19th, 1869
