OBITUARY: 
Essie E. Clodfelter, 44, at a local hospital January 8. Late resident of route three. Survived by widower, Shelley Clodfelter; children; Faye Clodfelter of Salem, and Orva Pearl Findell of Albany; parents, Mrs. and Mrs. George Gosser of Salem. Services will be held from the Terwilliger funeral home, 770 Chemeketa, Tuesday, January 11, at 1:30 p.m., with Rev. D. W. Daniels officiating. Interment IOOF cemetery.

Final Rites are Held for Essie Clodfelters
HALLS FERRY - Mrs. Essie Clodfelters, who died Saturday and was buried Tuesday, was unusually active in community affairs till ill health overtook her.  She had been a resident here for many years. Surviving are the widower, Shelley Clodfelter and two daughters.
