OBITUARY: 
At her home in East Salem, on Asylum avenue, at 1 o'clock a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 13, 1890, Miss Daisy Conover, aged 20 years, 10 months and 27 days. The deceased died of consumption, after an illness of ten months. She was the daughter of R. B. Conover, well known in Salem newspaper circles in the past, but who at this time is interested in the Dayton Herald. Frank Conover, of the Corvallis Gazette, is her brother. Rev. E. J. Thompson, of Corvallis, will conduct the funeral services at the Presbyterian church this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
