Frank H. Cook, at the residence, 1726 North Summer street, June 30, at the age of 78 years. Survived by sister-in-law, Mrs. Pearl Cook, Salem; neice, Thelma May Cook, Salem; two nephews, George W. Cook, Salem, and George W. Cook, Santa Cruz, Calif. Services will be held Saturday, July 5, at 10 a.m., from Clough-Barrick chapel, with Rev. J. C. Wilson officiating. Interment IOOF cemtery.
