OBITUARY: 
In this city, October 8, Leo Anderson, aged 46 years, late resident of Aumsville. Brother of George Smith of Tacoma, Wash., Fred Anderson of Seattle, Wash., and Josephine Uhlman of Kingston, Wash. Funeral services will be held from the W. T. Rigdon company chapel Tuesday, October 10, at 1 p.m. Interment IOOF cemetery. Rev. Guy L. Drill will officiate. OS 10 October 1939 5:2 Leo Anderson Funeral Held SHAW - Funeral services were held in Salem Tuesday for Leo Anderson, 46, who passed away Sunday after an illness of 10 days. He underwent an operation for appendicitis from which he did not recover. He had made his home most of his younger years in and near Macleay, but the past few years he worked for Fred Gilbert and Lloyd Kelne. He is survived by two brothers, George Smith of Tacoma, Fred Anderson of Seattle, one sister, Mrs. Josephine Uhlman of Kingston, Wash. Several nieces and nephews.
