Oregon.  They are enumerated in the home of her brother, John MCully, age 24, b. Oregon and his wife Lillie, age 22, b. Oregon. Also enumerated in the home are Mary G. Crane, [niece of John McCully], age 18, b. Missouri, and Abe McCully, [brother of John McCully and A.J. Crane] age 16, b. Oregon.

Funeral services held Monday 12 Dec. in Beverly Hills, California, for Alice M. Crane, 81, who died 8 Dec. Burial to be in Salem, OR. 
Crossed the plains with her parents Asa and Hannah McCully in 1852. She graduated from St. Marys Academy, married William Bradford Crane in 1870. Moved to Beverly Hills 5 years ago. 
She leaves her widowed [sic] daughter Mrs. P. P. Dabney of Beverly Hills; a son Dr. Clarence Crane of Fernbridge, CA; and 2 brothers J. D. McCully, Hood River, and A. L. McCully, Portland.

Mrs. Alice Crone (sic) dead. Resident of state since 1860, aged 81. Mrs. Alice McCully Crone (sic), 81, died suddenly in Beverly Hills 8 Dec., her 62nd wedding anniversary. 
She graduated from St. Mary's Academy, Portland, "the only school for girls in the north west where a musical education could be obtained". 
Married William Bradford Crone [Crane] in 1870, lived on NW corner of 5th and Washington, Portland "then a good residential district". Except for a few years in California and Nevada, she spent all her life in Oregon. Five years ago, went to live with her daughter in Beverly Hills.
