Death Claims George Darby of Aumsville. 
George W. Darby, 78, native of Aumsville and a resident of Oregon his entire life, died Friday at a Salem hospital. Born Feb. 8, 1872, Darby was a chiropractor for many years. He had resided recently in Portland. Darby was preceded in death in 1920 by his wife, Maude, to whom he was married May 13, 1906. Survivors include three sons, Donald R. Darby, Salem; Lester S. Darby, Portland; and Marvin Ray Darby, Washington, D. C., a sister, Eva Darby, Portland; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Virgil T. Golden chapel with interment in the IOOF cemetery.
