OBITUARY: Della DeSart at the residence, route one, Salem, Saturday, January 9, at the age of 62. Survived by husband, Schuyler DeSart of Salem; two sisters, Mrs. Belle Peck of Erryville, Ore., Mrs. Anna Dieu of Vallejo, Calif.; one brother, E. H. Harris of Dallas, Ore. Services will be held from Clough-Barrick chapel Thursday, January 14, at 11 a.m. Interment in IOOF cemetery.

Mrs. Della Beatrice De Sart, 62, wife of Schuler De Sart of Kingwood Heights, passed away Saturday at her home. Funeral services were held Thursday (today) at the Clough-Barrick chapel in Salem with burial in the Harris family plot in the Odd Fellows cemetery at Salem.
Mrs. De Sart was born at Bicknell, Indiana, December 22, 1880, the daugter of Ruben and Sarah Harris. At the age of three she went with her parents to Ord. Nebraska, where they resided eight years. They later came to Oregon, locating near Dllas. She united with the Christian church at Perrydale when a girl. She was married to Mr. DeSart in Portland in October 1902. They had no children.
Mrs. DeSart is survived by her husband, two sisters, Mrs. Belle Peck of near Nashville and Mrs. Beverly Ann Drew of Vallejo, Clif. They are 16 nieces and nephews and 78 grand nieces and nephews.
