1870 OR CENSUS - Alfred Drake, age 44, male, black, laborer, b. Kentucky, is enumerated with Elizabeth, age 33, black, b. Missouri, along with Joseph (age 14, b. Missouri), William B. S. (age 11, b. Missouri), George D. (age 5, b. Oregon), James A. (age 3, b. Oregon) and Elizabeth (age 1), b. Oregon. [George and James Drake, ages 14 and 13, are enumerated within the household of Albert Bayless in 1880 Census - identified as nephews]
DISCREPANCY - IOOF gives age as 53 at time of death, but 1870 census record gives age as 44, which would indicate an age of about 49 at time of death.
