OBITUARY: 
William H. Armstrong died at 1009 Saginaw street, February 16, aged 70. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Maude Armstrong; two sons, Carl and Edwin, and a daughter, Mrs. Eva Judson, all of Salem. Funeral announcements later from Webb's funeral parlors.

Funeral services for William H. Armstrong will be held at Webb's funeral parlors, Friday at 2:30 p. m., Rev. Kelley officiating. Interment in IOOF cemetery.
