1880 ID CENSUS - Henry Epley, age 48, occupation farmer, b. Pennsylvania, is enumerated with wife Anna H., age 47, b. Pennsylvania, along with Henry C., age 12, b. Oregon.

OBITUARY: 
DEATH OF HENRY EPLEY
Died at Condon, Oregon, December 30, 1906, Mr. Henry Epley, aged 79, from the effects of pneumonia. 
Mr. Epley was long a resident of the Gervais section and only recently went to Eastern Oregon to join his family. Word reached here only a few days go that he was on the way to recovery. The body was taken to Salem Tuesday night and the funeral was held from the residence of his son. The Gervais Masonic Lodge and the Salem lodges assisting, conducted the funeral rites Mr. Epley was highly esteemed by all who knew him, as an honest, christian man.
