OBITUARY: 
At a local hospital, January 4, Thomas Fawcett, aged 76 years. Late resident of 146 Center street. Survived by two brothers, Robert of Glenwood, Ill., and James of Durant, Mich.: two nephews, Le Roy James Stewart of Salem and Leland Ballard of Portland. Funeral services from the Clough-Barrick chapel Monday, January 18, at 3:30 p.m., interment in the IOOF cemetery, Rev. P.W. Eriksen officiating.
