OBITUARY: 

Mrs. Hester Baars, at Portland December 6, at the age of 60 years. Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Schindler and Mrs. Grace Churchill, and two sons, Harry E. Baars and Dennis F. Baars, all of Portland; a brother, B. F. Byrnes of Oregon City, and four grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held from the Clough-Barrich chapel Wednesday, December 8, at 1 pm. Dr. James E. Milligan will officiate. Interment IOOF cemetery.
