DEATH CERTIFICATE: 
OBITUARY: 
At the Salem hospital, Salem, Oregon, Tuesday morning December 4, 1911, Arthur Haskin, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Haskin of 1715 North Liberty street, aged 5 years and 9 months, of spinal meningitis. The funeral was held from the undertaking parlors of Lehman & Clough today at 2 o’clock, with interment in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.
