OBITUARY: 
Susannah Margaret Hedden, at a local hospital, Thursday, September 13, aged 80 years, late resident of 1396 Fir street, Salem. Survived by one son, R. M. Hedden of Bellingham, Wash.; four daughters, Mrs. P. A. Beanan and Mrs E. F. Rhodes of Raymond, Wash., Mrs. Carrie Sneed and Mrs. C. T. Hoover of Salem; four brothers, Joe Howerton of Idaho, Walter Howerton of Novelty, Mo., Jim Howerton of Leonard, Mo., and Charles Howerton of Payson, Ill.; two sisters, Zora Howerton of Novelty, Mo., and Mrs. Amanda Miller of Shelbyville, Mo.; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren besides several nieces and nephews. Funeral services from the Clough-Barrick chapel, Saturday, September 15, at 2 p. m. Interment I. O. O. F. cemetery.
