OBITUARY: 

Services will be 2 pm Saturday at Barrick chapel for Lynn E. Hill, 77, of 1495 17th St NE, who died Wednesday at a Salem hospital. Ritualistic services will be conducted by Chemeketa Lodge 1, IOOF. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery. Hill, a resident of Salem for 45 years, was a claims clerk for the State Industrial Accident Commission for many years. Survivors include the widow, Grace E. Hill, daughters Mrs Verla Cannon and Mrs Belva Valentine, all Salem; sister Mrs Marian Deacons, Six Lakes, Mich; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
