OBITUARY: 

William J. Hoppe Dead. William John Hoppe, a farmer living at Gervais, died at his home shortly after midnight Tuesday. He is survived by one daughter and one son. He was 50 years old and had been a resident of Gerais for seven years. The funeral will be this afternoon at 3:30 o’clock from the Rigdon chapel. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows cemetery.
