OBITUARY: 
HUNT--At the family home, three miles south of Salem, Oregon, Thomas A. Hunt, aged 53 years, 11 months, and 11 days. The funeral was held from the home at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon and interment was made in the IOOF cemetery.

OBITUARY OF THOMAS HUNT 
Thos. A. Hunt was born at Fort Ann, N.Y., October 23, 1856, and died at Salem Heights October 3, 1909, making him 53 years 11 months and 11 days old. He leaves a wife and two brothers to mourn his death, one brother and a sister having preceded. 
He was converted at Eugene under Dr. Trumball and joined the Methodist church. He was also a member of the Odd Fellows lodge and the Masonic lodge. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. D. Lester Fields and the music was rendered by Rev. Pontius and wife. Interment took place in the Odd Fellows' cemetery. Weekly Oregon Statesman 8 October 1909 8:2
