July 16, 1938, age 48 years, 12 days, dau. of Tojiro Motomoshi and Tami Hinastu, both b. Japan, informant: State Tuberculosis Hospital records, W. T. Rigdon, burial in IOOF cemetery, July 19, 1938.
OBITUARY: 
In this city July 16, Mrs. Sute Furukawa, 48 years old. Late resident of Gaston. Mother of Jim, Paul, Peter and Amy Furukawa, all of Gaston, and Jesse Furukawa and Mrs. Rosie Tanaka of Piedmont, Calif. Funeral services will be held from the W. T. Rigdon company chapel Tuesday, July 19, at 9:30 a.m. Interment IOOF cemetery.
