OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Lydia A. Kelley [sic], at the age of 75, died Sept. 5, at the home of her son in Portland. She is survived by one daughter, Gertrude Plummer of California, and one son, Fred Kelley of Portland. She was the widow of an ex mayor of Salem, Oregon. Funeral services will be held at the Webb Funeral parlors at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Evans officiating. Interment will be at IOOF cemetery.
