DEATH CERTIFICATE:

OBITUARY: Mrs. Lydia A. Kelley [sic], at the age of 75, died Sept. 5, at the home of her son in Portland. She is survived by one daughter, Gertrude Plummer of California, and one son, Fred Kelley of Portland. She was the widow of an ex mayor of Salem, Oregon. Funeral services will be held at the Webb Funeral parlors at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Evans officiating. Interment will be at IOOF cemetery. Oregon Statesman 8 Sep. 1923 5:3 Services for Mrs. Lydia A. Kelly who passed away at the home of her son in Portland will be held at Webb & Clough’s parlors Saturday morning, Sept. 8 at 10:30 o’clock. Interment in the family plot, IOOF cemetery.
