OBITUARY: 
Noah Webster Kelly, late resident of 702 Morgan ave., at a local hospital March 25. 
Survived by daughters, Mrs. Lloyd L. Thomas of Salem, Mrs. William Chancey of Warren, Ariz., and Mrs. Byron White of Fairfield, Calif.; son E. C. Kelly of Springfield; sister Mrs. Lucy Ziglar of Iowa, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 
Services will be held Wednesday, March 28 at 3 p.m. from the Virgil T. Golden chapel with the Rev. Dudley Strain officiating. Interment in IOOF cemetery.
