OBITUARY: OKIEFFE - At the residence of Mrs. S. E. Ford, No. 3 Chemeketa Street, at 9:15 p.m., Sunday, April 19, 1896, of consumption, James OKieffe, aged 28 years.
Deceased had been a resident of Marion county for thirteen years or more, a portion of which he spent as an inmate of the county poor farm.
He came to Mrs. Fords home about December last, being ill with consumption and continued to make that his abiding place up to the time of his demise.
His parents reside in Ireland and he has a brother in California.
The remains were interred yesterday afternoon at 3:oclock.
