Stockton St.) at the age of 68 y's 7 m's 23 d's, name of father Lemuel Lemmon (b. Indiana), maiden name of mother Mary Jones (b. Indiana), interment 31 Mar IOOF, undertaker Peninsula Funeral Home, informant Elsie Powell of Newport, Oregon.

OBITUARY: 

Funeral services for E. L. Lemmon, 68, who passed away March 28 at his home in Portland, will be held at the First Christian church in Salem Thursday at 2 p.m., Rev. Guy Drill officiating.  Interment will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery in charge of the Peninsula Funeral home, Portland.  Mr. Lemmon was, for many years, a contract-painter in Salem and was well known here. His survivors include his widow, Minnie; sons, Elton Lemmon of Bend, Ellard Lemmon of Portland; daughters, Mrs. Elsie Powell of Newport, Mrs. Orma Prink of Vernonia, Miss Gaynell Lemmon of Portland; brothers, P. N. Lemmon of Albany, Plyn Lemmon of Garibaldi, Xury Lemmon of Junction City; sisters, Mrs. J. A. Adkins of Junction City, Mrs. Ethel Brown of Silverton, Eunice Volpe of Portland and Mrs. Mary Damrell of Salem; also three grandchildren.
