OBITUARY: 

LITCHFIELD - In this city early Wednesday, Aug 19th, George F. Litchfield, age 48 years, a native of Salem, husband of Mrs. Susie Litchfield, father of Claud M. Litchfield, brother of Mrs. Alma Schindler, Mrs. Cora Holman, Mrs. Gertrude Scott, Miss Helen Litchfield and Charles Litchfield, Toledo. Son of the late Geo. P. Litchfield. Mr. Litchfield was, for 17 years, a rural mail carrier. Veteran of the Spanish-american war. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 20th at 3 p.m., from the Rigdon mortuary, the Rev. E. H. Shanks, officiating.
