OBITUARY: 
LONGCOR -- Byron A. Longcor passed away Friday at his home on route 4 at the age of 87 years. He is survived by a son, Albert of Modesto, California, and two daughters, Emma Kropb of Montague, Michigan and Mrs. Carrie Phillips of Salem. Funeral services will be held from the Terwilliger Funeral home, 770 Chemeketa street, Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in I.O.O.F. cemetery. Dr. J. H. McDonald will officiate.
