OBITUARY:
At the farm home five miles east of Salem. Sunday morning, April 21, 1895, Alice, wife of Willard Martin, aged 31 years, 2 months and 28 days. Deceased leaves four children and a husband who have the sympathy of a host of friends in their bereavement. She was a daughter of John Savage, Sr. The funeral services will be conducted at the residence at 12:30 p.m. and interment will be in Rural cemetery.
