OBITUARY: 

Amanda C. McLench died at the residence, route 1, Salem, aged 80 years. She is survived by widower, F.G. McLench of Salem, two sisters, Mrs. J.D. Clark and Mrs. E. L. Meyers, Salem; brother E. T. Leith, Dixon, Ill.; son, W. E. Hobbs, Salem and three grandchildren. Services will be held from the chapel of Clough-Barrick company, Tuesday, March 29 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Kantner and J. R. Shepard officiating. Internment I.O.O.F. cemetery.
