Etta Melson--Late resident of 800 Ellendale Ave., Dallas, Oregon, Mar. 24 in Dallas hospital. Survived by daughters, Ruth Hill and Evelyn Franz, both Salem; sons, Lewis Melson in Germany and David Melson, Durango, Colorado; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services will be held Tues. afternoon, Mar. 27th in the Howell-Edwards-Doerksen Chapel of the Gardens 1350 Com'l SE. Private interment, Salem Pioneer Cemetery, Rev. Charles Holgate officiating.
