OBITUARY: 
Lad Drowned at Blodgett to be Buried in Salem.
Francis Minch, 10, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harley Minch, former Salem residents, fell off a log and was drowned, while fishing in the river near his home at Blodgett Monday, according to word received here yesterday. His six-year-old sister witnessed the tragedy.
The lad is survived by his parents, two sisters and a brother.
Funeral services will be held from the Keeney funeral parlors at Corvallis tomorrow morning at 10 oÂ’clock. Interment will be in the Odd Fellows cemetery here.
