OSBH DC (Marion Co., 1938) #194: Mrs. Agnes Brown Moon, usual residence 772 N. Winter St., Salem, was born on Sept. 1, 1871 in Des Moines, Iowa, and died in Salem on Mar. 7, 1938.  Father Thomas B. Brown, born in Scotland, mother Mary King, born in Ireland.  She was married to Oscar W. Moon, who was the informant.
1910 OR CENSUS - Oscar W. Moon, age 48, b. Iowa, is enumerated with his (2nd) wife of 18 years Agnes, age 38, mother of 2, b. Iowa, along with Harold, age 8, b. Iowa, and Max A., age 6, b. Iowa.  They are enumerated in the home of Daniel D. Thompkins, age 37, b. Oregon, and Mary Thompkins, age 40, b. Iowa.  Oscar is identified as brother-in-law  of Daniel, and Agnes, is identified as sister-in-law of Daniel.

Mrs. Agnes B. Moon, 68, passes away Monday, March 7, at the residence, 722 North Winter street. 
Survived by husband O. W. Moon, two sons, Dr. Max A. Moon and Harold C. Moon, one sister, Mrs. Doug Minto, and a grandson, John Bacon, all of Salem, a third son, Everett, of Washington, Pa. Services will be held from the Clough-Barrick chapel Thursday, March 10, at 2 p. m., with Dr. Grover C. Birtchet officiating. Interment IOOF cemetery.
