OBITUARY:
Dies in California.
J. M. Morlock, an old resident of South Salem, and about seventy-five years of age, died in San Francisco yesterday, December 4. W. T. Rigdon received a dispatch saying that the body would be shipped from San Francisco December 5 at 8 o'clock, which will bring it to this city about Monday, on which day the funeral will be held. One of Mr. Morlock's daughters will accompany the body, which will be interred in the Odd Fellows' cemetery by the side of his wife. Mr. Morlock left the Capitol city three or four years ago. While here he had many friends who will regret to learn of his death.
