OBITUARY:
THREE DEATHS IN ONE FAMILY.
The Third Death from la Grippe in the Mothorn Family within One Week.
George Mothorn died at the family home four miles south of Salem at 11:15 o'clock on the night of Thursday, Feb. 18, 1892, from la grippe and pneumonia. He had been sick about three weeks. His father and mother died from the same ailment only a few days ago and were buried at Salem, one on Thursday and the other on Saturday of last week. This is a well known family and the surviving members have the sincere sympathy of many friends in ther bereavement. George Mothorn was 25 years of age and was an Odd Fellow. He was known to many in Salem as an upright and honorable young man.
