Romsden, Salem; nieces, Mrs. Oda Coney of Oakland, Calif. Mrs. Tryphona Parker of Portland; nephew, S. Bud Welch of Salem; cousins, Mrs. T. Abrams of Salem and Mrs. Helen Doty of Jefferson. A member of Methodist church. Funeral cortege will leave from the W. T. Rigdon and Son mortuary at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, March 4 for final services in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at 3 o’clock
