Mrs. Pettit Called; Resident 49 years. 
Mrs. Lillian M. Petitt, resident of this city for 49 years, died yesterday at the family residence, 504 North 14th street, at the age of 68 years. 
She was born in New York state September 5, 1879. She was a member of the Court Street Christian church. Funeral arrangements are in charge of Walker & Howell. Survivors include the widower, W. H. Pettit, three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Elliff and Miss Georgia and Miss Leah Pettit, and two sons, Earl W. and Ellsworth Pettit, all of Salem.

Mrs. Lillian M. Pettit, at the family residence, 504 North 14th street, May 2, at the age of 68 years. Survived by husband, W. H. Pettit; three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Elliff, Miss Georgia Pettit and Miss Leah Pettit; two sons, Ellsworth E. and Earl W. Pettit, all of Salem. A son Arthur, is deceased. Services Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Walker & Howell Funeral home. Rev. W. H. Lyman officiating. Interment IOOF cemetery.
