OBITUARY: At his residence in South Salem, on Saturday Feb. 12th, Mr. E. D. Potter, aged 45 years; from the effects of injuries received while in the Cavalry service at Ft. Laywal (?). Deceased was an old time resident of Jacksonville where he was well and favorably known throughout the entire community.
