OBITUARY: 
LEWIS RALPH SUDDENLY DIES AT COUNTRY HOME. 
Shortly after arising yesterday morning, Lewis Ralph fell dead from his chair at 5 o'clock at his home one mile south of Salem. Death was prnounced due to heart failure. He was 67 years old. Mr. Ralph was a farmer and a native of Iowa. He was born May 25, 1849. He is survived by his widow and five children. The children are Mrs. E. J. Iddings of Eugene, Mrs. H. C. Mase of Salem, Chesley Ralph of Dallas and Harry and William A. Ralph of Selem. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in Odd Fellows cemetery. Webb & Clough have charge of the case.
