OBITUARY:
RHODES -- In Portland, May 6, 1911, A. Burtrand Rhodes, of pneumonia, age 40 years. The body was brought to Salem yesterday and is at the home of his father and mother, 1096 Chemeketa street, where the funeral service will be held today (Tuesday) at 2 o'clock, Rev. H. T. Babcock officiating. Interment will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery. He leaves a wife, father and mother and one brother, a daughter having preceded him to the great beyond.
