DEATH CERTIFICATE: 
OBITUARY: 
At her home at Lyons, Oregon, Friday, February 26, 1904, Mrs. C. A. Rich, aged 36 years. Deceased was formerly Miss Nettie Attis Henry, of Salem, daughter of Mrs. John Iorns, of Lyons. She was born in Amelia City, Oregon. She leaves three sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Mary Huffman, of Salem; Mrs. Cora Guinty, of Portland; Mrs. Lizzie Thomas, of Lyons; John Iorns, of Ellensburg, Wash.; Mr. Iorns, of Portland and S. A. Henry of Washington. Deceased was married to C. A. Rich in Seattle, December 8, 1890. She leaves no children. Her disease was consumption. Her husband traveled with her to California and did all that was possible to save her life, but to no avail. The funeral will be held tomorrow (Monday) morning at 10 o'clock, from the First Baptist church, the services to be conducted by Rev. F. W. Cliffe, pastor. Burial in City View [sic] cemetery.
