OBITUARY: 
RIELY -- In this city, May 12, Charles S. Riely, at the age of 72 years. Brother of Mrs. George J. Pearce, Salem; Mrs. A. S. Brasfield, Berkeley, California. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 13, at 3:30 p. m. from the W. T. Rigdon chapel. Grover C. Birtchet will officiate and interment will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.

CHARLES S. REILY FUNERAL IS HELD TODAY. 
Charles S. Reily, 72, who was employed in the mercantile business in Salem until he moved to Portland, died here yesterday. He was born in January, 1864. When a boy he worked in the clothing store of E. C. Small and was later employed in other Salem mercantile establishments. As a young man he was prominent in social and civic affairs of the city and had a number of friends here. He moved to Portland in 1900 and was employed by a number of clothing firms there. He lived in Portland until last winter when he returned to Salem. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. George J. Pearce [Mary Ellen] of Salem and Mrs. A. S. Brasfield [Elizabeth] of Berkeley, Calif. One daughter, Corrine Reily Barker, died in 1928. Funeral services will be held today at 3:30 p.m. at the W. T. Rigdon chapel. Dr. Grover C. Birchet will officiate. Interment will be in the I. O. O. F. cemetery.
